## About the Workshop
There are plenty of free Copilot videos out there. The hard part is knowing where to start, which steps are right, and what to do when your screen doesn't match the demo.
This is a live, hands-on session. You work in your own Microsoft 365 environment the whole time, with prepared files and copy-ready prompts, and I am there to answer questions and help when something doesn't work the way it should.
We start with prompts that save you time on day one, turn them into reusable instructions, and then build your agent together. By the end, you have a working Plan My Day agent (or a Meeting Prep agent, if that fits you better) in your own Copilot, plus every prompt and instruction you need to build the next one on your own.
### What you will build
A *Plan My Day* agent that reviews your meetings, flagged and unread email, direct messages and mentions, then gives you:
- Your top priorities for the day
- A time-blocked schedule with a focus block protected
- Prep notes for the meetings coming up
- A list of messages that are waiting on a reply from you
It is built with guardrails from the start: it doesn't send messages, doesn't accept or decline meetings, and doesn't guess when it can't see your data.
### What you will learn
- How to write prompts that get a usable answer the first time, using the CRISP method I teach in every workshop
- How to turn a prompt you like into reusable instructions so you stop retyping it
- How to set up an agent: instructions, suggested prompts and configuration
- How to test it, fix it when it misbehaves, and decide what to build next

### Who it is for
Business owners, leaders and Microsoft partners who have Copilot and haven't built an agent yet, or tried and didn't get anywhere. Microsoft partners included of course. No technical background needed. If you have already built several agents, this one will feel basic, and we will have a more advanced class for you later.
### What attendees get
- A working agent in their own Microsoft 365 environment
- A class resource page with every prompt, instruction and file from the session, so they can rebuild or adjust it later
- Live answers to their own questions during the session
### Requirements
- A laptop or desktop (a phone won't work for the hands-on part)
- Sign-in to your Microsoft 365 work account
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is recommended to build the full agent on your own email and calendar. If you only have the free Copilot Chat, you can still join, and I will show you what works on each.
