## Our Team

Molly Fuchsel and Liz Hallen bring over two decades of experience leading community, event, and partner engagement across the Microsoft ecosystem. Their journey began in the user group space, where they helped scale grassroots programs into global platforms—supporting thousands of users and hundreds of partners through thoughtful strategy and inclusive experiences.

In the past four years, they’ve:

- Collaborated with **650+ Microsoft partners**
- Hosted **hundreds of global events** with up to **2,100 in-person attendees**
- Led **multi-million dollar initiatives** focused on education, connection, and long-term impact

With a deep understanding of both the user and partner perspective, Molly and Liz are known for creating events that feel personal, purposeful, and unforgettable.
